We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Helper to assist our technicians with heating and air conditioning installations, maintenance, and repairs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in the HVAC trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Assist with daily job-site activities as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift equipment as needed.
- Previous HVAC or construction experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
