Common claims we litigate involve **repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims.** We represent clients across numerous industries including **construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.** **Compensation range:** $125,000 - $170,000 The posted compensation range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
