This position serves as a key point of contact between homeowners, field personnel, crews, sales, and production. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping active projects moving forward, monitoring quality, addressing concerns, coordinating field activity, and resolving issues before they become larger problems. This role is focused specifically on **active project execution and customer experience**, rather than estimating, accounting, or administrative closeout. We are looking for someone who: Experience in **roofing, siding, gutters, windows, residential construction, or exterior remodeling is strongly preferred.** Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through are equally important to success in this position.
