The Welcome Desk Specialist provides excellent, friendly, and welcoming member service while displaying a positive, professional attitude. Responsible for greeting all incoming members, visitors, and guests.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be supervised by staff 18+ years of age. Minors are not to be in building alone.
- Obtain and maintain current certifications in First Aid and Oxygen Administration (CPR AED if opening/ closing staff)
