Toyota Sales Manager: Floor Leader Wanted

($120K–$180K/Year) 

We're a successful Toyota store that consistently hits 110%+ of our Toyota objective, and we run a solid used car operation too. Our core sales team is stable and experienced. Now we're adding new talent, and we need a Sales Manager who loves building salespeople as much as closing deals.

What You'll Do 

• Work the floor side by side with your team: greet, engage, and help close customers 

• Lead your team in prospecting the service drive and prior owner base to create opportunities, not just wait for them 

• Train and develop new salespeople into confident, productive consultants 

• Sharpen your experienced veterans with ongoing coaching and accountability 

• Help the team work internet leads: response quality, appointment setting, and follow-up 

• Desk deals, structure numbers, and keep deals moving to F&I 

• Drive new and used volume, gross, and CSI 

What You Bring 

• Proven dealership sales management experience (Toyota or import experience a plus) 

• A track record of training and developing new salespeople 

• Hands-on leadership: you lead from the floor, not the office 

• Experience driving sales from service drive and owner base campaigns 

• Strong desking and deal-structuring skills 

• Comfort with internet leads, CRM, and digital retailing tools 

• High energy, integrity, and a team-first attitude 

What We Offer 

• $10,000–$12,000/month expected earnings, up to $15,000/month for the right candidate 

• Draw against commission, plus objective bonuses 

• A proven, successful store with strong brand and market position

• Health, dental, vision, 401(k), demo allowance, and PTO after first 6 months 

• 5-day work week.  Closed on Sunday
