5+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, dispatch management, or pickup operations
Strong understanding of logistics routing, dispatch processes, and customer service operations
Experience managing operational KPIs and process improvement initiatives
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment
Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
