We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who communicate well, think on their feet, and can remain calm under pressure.

At A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds, we work with individuals and families during some of their most stressful moments. Our agents play an important role in helping clients navigate the bonding process while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients and families throughout the bail bonding process.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries.

• Explain bonding requirements, contracts, and payment obligations.

• Prepare and process bonding paperwork accurately.

• Communicate with jails, courts, and other agencies.

• Process payments and maintain accurate records.

• Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Build relationships with clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

No previous bail bonding experience required. Training is provided!

Compensation & Schedule

• Weekly Salary: $756

• Payday: Every Friday

• Additional Compensation: Weekly commission opportunities and monthly bonus incentives

• Schedule: Four days on, four days off

• Shifts: 12-hour day and night shifts
