Are you a compassionate, dependable person who enjoys helping others? HomeWell Care Services is looking for caring individuals to join our team and provide in-home support to clients who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

As a caregiver, you'll build meaningful relationships with clients while helping with everyday activities and providing companionship and support. If you're someone who takes pride in helping others and wants a job that makes a real difference, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as assigned.

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.

• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.

• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments, as needed.

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs.

• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate service documentation.

• Promote client dignity, safety, independence, and overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others.

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently in clients' homes.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance, as required for the position.

• Ability to pass required background checks.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn!
