Automotive Technician

Pay: $18.00–$30.00 per hour
Full-Time | Apprentices Welcome

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team at Central City Toyota. We are open to experienced technicians as well as apprentices and entry-level candidates who are interested in learning the automotive trade and building a long-term career.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle problems

• Perform brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust repairs

• Perform oil changes, tire services, and preventative maintenance

• Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs

• Use automotive diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools

• Follow proper repair procedures and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Complete quality repairs in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Previous automotive repair experience preferred

• Apprentices and entry-level technicians are encouraged to apply

• Basic understanding of automotive systems is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license preferred

• ASE certification is a plus, but not required

Pay & Opportunities
