Working on a rotating schedule opposite the staff nurse, you’ll provide essential leadership coverage while helping ensure consistency and continuity of care. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the support of an experienced healthcare organization, and the opportunity to be part of something new.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and oversee daily medical operations
• Serve as a clinical leader and trusted resource for the healthcare team
• Support, coach, and mentor nursing staff
• Help ensure quality patient care and compliance with established standards
• Collaborate with facility leadership and the medical team
• Keep communication, documentation, and day-to-day operations on track
• Lead with confidence, compassion, accountability, and integrity
