Service Assistant / Customer Service Representative

Description

Enjoy helping people and keeping things organized? Bring your customer service skills to our service department. 

At Den Kelly Chevrolet GMC, you’ll help customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident about their service visit. You’ll work closely with our service advisors and technicians to keep communication clear and the front desk running smoothly. 

Automotive experience is welcome, but not required. Experience in hospitality, retail, reception, or another customer service setting can be a great fit.

What you’ll do 

? Welcome customers and help them check in for service appointments. 

? Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and connect customers with the right person. 

? Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to help customers receive timely updates. 

? Follow through on customer questions and requests so important details don’t get missed. 

? Keep the front desk organized and ready for customers. 

? Help the service team provide a professional, attentive experience during busy periods. 

Requirements

What will help you succeed 

? Clear, friendly communication in person and over the phone. 

? Strong organization and attention to detail. 

? Comfort using computers, phones, and basic office tools. 

? The ability to manage several requests while staying calm and courteous. 

? Reliability and a willingness to support your teammates. 

? Customer service or hospitality experience. Automotive experience is a plus.
