General Laborer

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Fort Collins, CO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $20–$28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Assist with commercial and industrial construction projects
• Perform jobsite cleanup and debris removal
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Support demolition and site preparation activities
• Assist skilled trades including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and concrete crews
• Help with measuring, layout, and general construction tasks
• Spot equipment and assist operators as needed
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support underground utility, sitework, and industrial construction operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Construction experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move construction materials
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Proper PPE required
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor direction
• Willingness to learn and grow within the skilled trades

Preferred Experience:

•  Experience in one or more of the following areas is encouraged:
  • Commercial construction
  • Industrial construction
  • Material handling
  • Loading and unloading
  • Demolition
  • Site preparation
  • Concrete assistance
  • Carpenter assistance
  • Electrical assistance
  • Plumbing assistance
  • Equipment spotting
  • Construction debris removal
  • Underground utility work
  • Manufacturing or industrial labor
