We are currently accepting resumes for Restaurant Supervisors who are passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering outstanding dining experiences. Supervisors will play a key role in managing daily operations and ensuring excellent service standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by engaging with diners, addressing concerns, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and hospitality.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverage, and operational supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-focused service.
• Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure proper staffing levels while supporting operational and business needs.
• Coach, motivate, and support restaurant staff to drive performance, enhance productivity, and promote professional growth.
• Resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive guest experiences whenever possible.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.
• Assist with achieving restaurant financial goals by monitoring labor costs, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive work environment.
