Raintree Country Club, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Schedule:
Seeking applicants with night and weekend availability. General shifts are 10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides attentive, personalized service to club members and guests.
Pours and serves beer and wine confidently and accurately.
Learns member preferences and goes the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Works closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Communicates clearly and openly with both team and management.
Arrives on time and ready to contribute to a smooth service.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age (beer, wine, and spirits are served at this location).
Some bartending experience is preferred but not required.
