Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (Per Diem) - Burbank, CA
VitalHire is hiring a per diem Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for an acute care hospital in Burbank, CA.
Per diem details
- Hourly pay: $62.50/hr
- Shift: Day (1x8 Hours) 7:00 15:30 (start times 7:00 AM or 8:30 AM)
- Flexible per diem shifts
- Start date: 11/23/2026

About the role
- STEMI Receiving Center with a two-room cath lab performing advanced diagnostic, interventional and emergency services, including TAVR, Impella, balloon pumps and electrophysiology.
- Diagnostic and interventional cath: left/right heart caths, PCI/PTCA, stent placement, closure devices, IABP placement/removal and rotablator atherectomy.
- Scrub, circulate and maintain the sterile field; equipment setup; recognize and interpret life-threatening arrhythmias.
- Call is required.
- Highest historical demand: Saturdays, then Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
- Epic charting environment.
Requirements
- ARRT (R) and CCI RCIS required
- 1+ year of recent cardiac cath lab experience
- BLS and ACLS (AHA)
- Epic experience required
- Experience Required: 1 year
- License Required: ARRT (R), CCI RCIS, CRT, CA Fluoroscopy Permit
- Certifications Required: AHA ACLS, BLS
- Call required
- EPIC REQUIRED
