• Work alongside Licensed Plumbers on residential service calls and installation projects
• Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential plumbing systems
• Install, replace, and service water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, and other residential plumbing equipment
• Assist with larger plumbing installations and replacements from start to finish
• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations under proper supervision
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide friendly customer service
• Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Complete assigned work safely and efficiently while following Illinois plumbing codes and company safety procedures
• Communicate with dispatch, management, and team members throughout the day
• Participate in ongoing training and hands-on development opportunities

  Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of documented plumbing experience through an approved sponsored plumbing apprenticeship program
• Hands-on experience with residential plumbing systems, tools, and materials
• General understanding of plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and/or installations
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to continue learning
• Ability to follow direction and work effectively alongside experienced Licensed Plumbers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working with tablets and mobile dispatch technology (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as required
• Ability to successfully complete the hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
