Waitstaff I Revere Per Diem

Job Description:

I. Position Summary: The Wait staff will be responsible for greeting and serving food to the residents, and for cleaning the dining room and filling and restocking supplies.

II. Position Responsibilities:

• Set Resident up for meal
• Responsible for taking food order
• Request any special order from the Culinary Staff
• Serve food to the residents
• Remove dirty dishes from tables and clear to the wait stations
• Wipe down tables and chairs                
• Fill and Restock all food, china and glasses in weight stations
• Assist Culinary Associate with cleaning as needed.
• Clock in at scheduled time and be in uniform when you start your shift

IV Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be reliable, and dependable.
• Previous experience as wait staff is preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language 

V Physical Requirements (ADA Requirements)

• Prolonged standing.
• Stooping, stretching while cleaning tables and dining room.
• Ability to carry heavy food trays.
• Ability to carry hot food and beverages
