KEY ATTENDANT

The Key Attendant is responsible for managing and safeguarding vehicle keys within a parking or valet operation. This role ensures efficient key organization, supports valet staff, and helps maintain smooth vehicle flow while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, track, and securely store vehicle keys for all parked vehicles.
• Issue and receive keys from valet attendants and drivers as needed.
• Maintain accurate key logs and ensure proper documentation of vehicle movements.
• Assist with coordinating vehicle retrieval during peak hours.
• Monitor key inventory and report any discrepancies or missing keys immediately.
• Support valet team operations to ensure timely customer service.

      Follow all company procedures related to security, safety, and customer interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic attention to detail and reliability

Work Environment & Requirements

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• May require flexible scheduling, including weekends
