- MD or DO.
Work Experience
Licenses & Certifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years. Required
- Active Illinois medical license. Required
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Preferred
