We are seeking to hire a Day Porter for a school (with a changing Schedule - see below). You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, using a floor machine, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
Must be able to work adjusted schedule (Below)
Able to use walk behind floor machine
Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Janitor experience a plus but will train.
Reliable Transportation.

Benefits:

Full-Time
Pay rate: $18.74/hr
Hours: 32hrs/week, Summer Hours (7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday), Fall to Spring hours (8:00am - 12:00pm & 4:00pm - 8:00pm Monday - Thursday)
