The Parking Maintenance/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of parking facilities, including parking lots, garages, entrances, exits, stairwells, and surrounding areas. This position helps ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.

Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Tuesday-Thursday 6am to 12 pm, Saturday 2pm-10:30 pm, Sunday 2pm to 8 pm (Days Off Monday and Friday)

Sweep, clean, and remove trash and debris from parking lots, garages, sidewalks, stairwells, and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
Pick up litter, leaves, and other debris throughout the facility.
Clean parking equipment, payment stations, elevators, and signage.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and employee areas when assigned.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, vandalism, or damaged equipment to management.
Assist with pressure washing and deep cleaning projects as needed.
Monitor parking areas and report suspicious activities or security concerns.
Ensure all work is performed safely and according to company policies and procedures.
Assist customers with directions or basic parking-related questions when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
