Catering Sales Manager

Weddings, banquets, and celebrations are some of the most meaningful days our clients will ever plan. As Catering Sales Manager, you will sell them, plan them with care, and see them through, making every event a memory for the couple, the company, or the guests.

Sell and manage weddings, banquets, and catered events from first inquiry to final invoice. Make every event a showcase for both resorts.

Including but not limited to:

• Sell weddings, banquets, and corporate and social events
• Plan timelines, menus, and setups with clients
• Price each event for margin, with proposals and contracts that protect it
• Lead on-site coordination and resolve issues during events
• Turn satisfied clients into repeat and referral business

• 4+ years in catering or banquet sales
• Strong sales, closing, and client-service skills
• Working knowledge of banquet operations and event planning
• Contract literacy and event pricing discipline
• Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the discipline to price events for margin
• Organization and calm under pressure
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred

• A sales leadership role with a strong event calendar
• Creative input on events and experiences
• A team that delivers for every client
