We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lakeview Estates in Parkersburg, WV. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay of $28.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience

What We Need from you:

• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
