Elements Lawn & Landscape has an immediate opening for a full-time Landscape Enhancement Foreman at our Austin location. We are looking for a hard-working individual who wants to grow with our company. Ideal candidates are committed, dependable, willing to work in all seasons, and interested in building a long-term career in the landscape industry.

A valid driver’s license and relevant experience are required for this position.

Job Requirements:

• Must be familiar with and able to operate a dump truck, truck with trailer, skid steer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other related landscaping equipment and tools.
• Landscape installation experience
• Ability to oversee and lead an enhancement crew
• Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques
• Plant care knowledge, including enhancement installations, seasonal color, and plant materials
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk for extended periods, and regularly lift objects weighing 50–80 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily
  
   

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

• Landscape enhancement experience
• 3+ years of foreman experience
• Valid driver’s license (held for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
