Electrical Service Technician

Strongbuilt, a veteran-owned company serving the Tucson area, is hiring skilled Residential Service Electricians who take pride in quality work, honest recommendations, and great customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues, including circuits, breakers, wiring, panels, lighting, and grounding, in compliance with code and safety standards.
• Install and upgrade electrical equipment, fixtures, and devices, and verify all work is safe and functional.
• Explain findings clearly, present options with transparent pricing, and recommend solutions based on real customer needs, never pressure tactics.
• Prepare estimates and invoices, document work and photos in service software, and coordinate with dispatch and other teams.

Potential Pay: $85k–$130k+ annually (hourly pay plus sales incentives)

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential electrical experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and installations, with solid knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, plus the ability to pass background, drug, and MVR screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in attics and crawl spaces, and work safely in Tucson heat.
