Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in the discipline (or 18 graduate credit hours in the field) from a regionally accredited institution.
  • A Terminal Degree is required for teaching at the graduate level.
• Experience:
  • Relevant professional experience is required.
  • At least one year of teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in instructional methods and the ability to motivate and evaluate students effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
