THE POSITION

Part-time hours, with weekend availability required
Represent Quality Craftsmen at home shows, fairs, and local events
Work at both indoor and outdoor events
Connect with homeowners and introduce them to our bath remodeling solutions
Help create a positive first impression of our brand

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome event attendees and attract visitors to our booth.
Start conversations and engage with potential customers.
Share information about Quality Craftsmen’s bath remodeling products.
Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home sales appointments.
Keep the booth clean, organized, and professional.
Assist with event setup and breakdown.
Submit daily lead reports to the Marketing Manager.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy talking with people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching and engaging with the public.
Dependable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Weekend availability and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
