Finance
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and budget summaries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial documentation.
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Track attendance, leave requests, and employee status changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
