You will coordinate security-related communications, monitor incoming information, dispatch personnel, document activity, and help maintain awareness of developing situations. Your clear communication, customer service, and supervisory experience will support reliable operations and help deter incidents. Pay Rate: $29.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls, document incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to designated contacts as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, dispatch records, and incident reports while communicating timely updates to site personnel.
• Support access-control and visitor-management processes and help to deter unauthorized activity through observation and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
