The Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist provides guidance and support to facility teams to promote accurate MDS assessments, complete clinical documentation, and appropriate reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Support and review MDS assessments for accuracy and timely completion.

• Review clinical documentation to support resident assessments and reimbursement.

• Provide education and guidance on MDS and PDPM processes.

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Travel between assigned facilities to provide support and training. 

Qualifications: 

• Active Texas LVN or RN license.

• MDS and PDPM experience in skilled nursing.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to support multiple facilities and travel as needed.
