The Director of ATM Banking is the accountable business leader for Truist’s ATM channel, responsible for defining and executing the strategy to modernize, expand, optimize, and operate the ATM network as an integrated component of the bank’s physical and omni-channel distribution system. The role owns the multi-year ATM roadmap, investment agenda, fleet performance, client experience, vendor ecosystem, operational health, and financial outcomes across approximately 2,800 ATMs. This leader will guide the accelerated refresh of aged equipment, expansion of onsite and offsite access, introduction of new capabilities, and establishment of a sustainable lifecycle-management model that improves availability, utilization, convenience, and client experience while managing risk and expense.
