SEASONAL GUEST SERVICES SALES AGENT

POSITION SUMMARY

The Seasonal Guest Service Sales Agent is responsible for capturing and selling memorable guest experiences throughout Jungle Island. This role combines photography, sales, and guest engagement, requiring an energetic and approachable personality who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. The position involves greet and photographing guests at the park’s step-and-repeat entrance location, then selling these pictures when they exit. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Checking in and greeting guest upon entry.
• Capture step-and-repeat photos for guests entering the park, ensuring professional composition, lighting, and guest satisfaction.
• Sort, tag, and organize digital photos accurately per guest or group to ensure smooth photo retrieval and purchase process.
• Operate photo kiosks and POS systems, processing digital and printed photo sales efficiently.
• Engage guests in a positive and persuasive manner to promote photo packages and upsell additional prints or digital downloads.
• Maintain clean and organized photography zones, ensuring equipment readiness and guest-facing presentation standards.
• Adhere to Jungle Island’s brand standards, guest service expectations, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

LICENSE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in photography, attractions, or guest sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of digital cameras, photo editing, and file management.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft / Google).
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather conditions.
• Must successfully pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening special events.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FROM 5:00pm to 10:00PM, nights, holidays and weekends.
