Automotive Service Cashier – Dealership

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our busy automotive dealership's Service Department. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

• Process customer payments for service and repair work.

• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.

• Review and close out service repair orders.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records and balance daily transactions.

• Assist service advisors and other department staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.

• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
