As a Cook II, you’ll bring next-level skill, creativity, and consistency to a kitchen that supports everything from high-volume conventions to luxury weddings and intimate private events. Every plate is a performance — and we’re looking for someone ready to deliver a show-stopping experience.

🎸 Your Mission

As a Cook II, you’re a seasoned culinary pro with strong technique, excellent timing, and a passion for great food. You’ll support multiple outlets and service styles while delivering high-quality dishes that align with Hard Rock’s bold, elevated standards.

You are the steady, skilled backbone of the line — keeping the kitchen moving, the flavors rocking, and the presentation flawless.

🎤 What You’ll Do

✅ Prepare, cook, and plate dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity ✅ Execute recipes and presentation standards for à la carte, banquets, buffet, and room service ✅ Lead station setup, organization, and cleanliness — keeping everything show-ready ✅ Support service during high-volume events with confidence and efficiency ✅ Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times ✅ Assist with training and guiding Cook I team members, leading by example ✅ Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain quality and timing across all outlets

💎 You’re a Rockstar Fit If You…

✨ Have 2–3 years of professional cooking experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume upscale environment ✨ Bring strong culinary fundamentals — knife skills, timing, seasoning, and plating ✨ Thrive under pressure and take genuine pride in your craft ✨ Are motivated, reliable, and energized by a fast-paced kitchen with multiple service demands ✨ Enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team ✨ Have flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays — because the show must go on
