As a Kinetic Lead Direct Sales Specialist, you’ll do more than sell- you’ll help coach, develop, and support other sales representatives in the field. This is a hands-on player-coach role for someone who enjoys winning their own business while helping teammates improve their skills and performance.
You’ll connect with residential customers, close deals, mentor new sales representatives, and have fun winning as a team.
If you have experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, direct sales, telecommunications, broadband or fiber internet sales, this is your opportunity to grow your sales career and earn great money.
Compensation & Benefits
Target Total Compensation: $85,400 annually (salary + commission)
Starting base salary: $42,200 plus Uncapped commission—your performance drives your earnings

What You’ll Do

Sell high-speed Fiber Internet services to residential customers in an assigned territory
Generate new customers through door-to-door prospecting, educate customers on fiber internet solutions, conduct in-home sales presentations, close sales, and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Mentor new Direct Sales Specialists through ride-alongs, field coaching, and real-time feedback
Reinforce sales processes, customer experience standards, policies, and compliance expectations
Track sales activity and share field trends, challenges, and support needs with leadership

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
Proven success in door-to-door, direct, outside, retail, telecommunications, or commission-based sales
Ability to meet sales goals and coach others effectively
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the territory
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Work Environment
This is an active, field-based outside sales role—not a desk job. You’ll spend your day meeting homeowners, building connections, closing sales, and coaching teammates through ride-alongs.
