Facilities Technician

Pay: $26.00 - $33.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12pm to 8:30pm, flexible to work OT

Major Responsibilities: 

● Patch / Paint Walls 

● Install Corner Guards & Kick Plates 

● Ceiling Tile Replacement 

● Carpentry Repairs - As Needed. 

● Replace/Repair Carpet 

● Hang/Install Pictures/Electronics and Install Anchors 

● Door Repairs - Repair / Replace Door Handles, Adjust Door Closure 

● Exterior Pressure Wash 

● Dusting, cleaning 

● Plumbing Repairs - Unclog Toilets / Sinks, Replace Flush Sensors, Replace Faucets 

● Manage Corrigo Ticket - Ensure tickets are closed meeting SLA 

● Support Engineering as Needed - Replace HVAC Filters, Lighting, Restock Supplied, Manage Equipment Inventory and Organization Perform Site Inspections (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) 

● Engage with building occupants on repairs and ticket updates 

• Ensure Buildings Meet Client SLA 

● Vendor Escort Support Event Set-up/Furniture Move Request as needed

• Minimum education, high school diploma
• 1-3 years of Maintenance experience; carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, landscaping
• Experience with small hand tools
• Clean DMV Driving Record + pre-employment drug screening

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and hand tools. 

• Familiarity with work order systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar). 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors. 

• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
