Responsibilities

Fill technician repair order requests
Interact with busy wholesale business
Provide excellent service to retail counter customers
Process daily factory shipments
Provide estimates for parts needed for repairs
Coordinate warranty part returns

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as a retail or wholesale parts consultant
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast, eager learner and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
