- Lead business requirements discovery with customers, understand current and future-state processes, and translate requirements into practical solution deliverables.
- Configure enterprise software using workflows, business rules, and system functionality to support customer business processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise and consulting support across new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and related project initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers, data conversion specialists, QA teams, technical support, and other implementation professionals to deliver projects successfully.
- Support legacy data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, and coordination with data specialists to ensure smooth transitions.
- Design, document, and execute software testing based on customer requirements and implementation best practices.
- Deliver engaging end-user training through remote and classroom-based sessions, while developing clear training materials and documentation.
- Support customers during testing, production implementation, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
- Act as a customer advocate by facilitating communication between customers and internal teams and ensuring issues and requirements are addressed effectively.
- Identify product gaps or enhancement opportunities and communicate recommendations to relevant product development teams.
- Provide guidance on system functionality, troubleshoot complex issues, and help customers achieve their operational objectives.
- Apply AI-enabled technologies, including copilots and conversational AI tools, to improve workflows, research, troubleshooting, and implementation efficiency while maintaining appropriate security and compliance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing software implementation, consulting, utility systems, CIS environments, or a closely related field.
- Experience with utility billing systems, including electric rate configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

- Familiarity with CIS platforms and technologies such as enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen is an asset.
- Strong ability to conduct business process analysis, interpret customer requirements, recommend solutions, and guide stakeholders toward effective outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the judgment to assess information and make autonomous decisions quickly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and project milestones simultaneously.
- Familiarity with intermediate SQL commands and statements for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of standard UNIX/SSH and FTP commands for interface file manipulation.
- Comfortable working in project environments and collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Demonstrated ability or willingness to use AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and similar technologies to improve productivity and solve problems.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% as required for customer engagements; a valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally are required.
- Competitive salary range of $85,000–$100,000 USD per year.
- Fully remote work opportunity for candidates based in United States.
- 3 weeks of vacation plus 5 personal days.
