Job description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
- Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with safety inspections and emergency preparedness.
- Respond promptly to maintenance needs and support applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous building maintenance experience; nursing home or healthcare experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
