Compensation: $40,000-$50,000+
The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

📅 Drive Service Retention: Proactively schedule service appointments and fill the shop - re-engaging guests who haven't returned and keeping them in the Asbury family
🔄 Full-Cycle Ownership Support: Re-activate lost guests, follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and upcoming maintenance - delivering Clicklane-level convenience by phone
🎯 Execute With Operational Excellence: Hit and exceed daily and monthly KPIs for calls, contacts, and appointments set
💬 Build Trust For Life: Build relationships in English & Spanish, creating exceptional experiences that reflect our Polaris - putting guest experience first
🤝 One Team, One Compass: Partner directly with Service Advisors, Fixed Ops leadership, and Management to maximize retention, loyalty, and shop productivity
