Villa Restaurant Group is looking for experienced and motivated Line Cooks to join our team at Steelworks Buffet & Grill, located inside Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, PA.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in preparing quality food, and know how to work together to deliver a great dining experience. If you have a passion for cooking and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.

• Work across various kitchen stations, including grill, sauté, fryer, and food preparation areas.

• Maintain consistent food quality, freshness, and presentation.

• Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep tasks to support kitchen operations.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.

• Monitor food temperatures, proper storage, and product rotation.

• Communicate with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.

• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant, buffet, or high-volume kitchen preferred.

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
