Embroidery Packager (1157)

About the Role

Redwall is looking for an Embroidery Packager to join our screen printing production team. In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll work alongside the Embroidery Operator to keep jobs running smoothly and make sure every garmet meets our quality standards. No embroidery experience is required, and we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Performs Quality Control check using computer according to company standards
• Utilizes the binning system, maintaining accuracy
• Packages and creates shipping label for the shipment
• Sorts packages according to shipping method

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and understand work orders and instructions
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division)
• Ability to identify colors
• Positive attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and reliable attendance
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Availability to work weekends and overtime when needed
• Knowledge of graphic arts is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8 to 10 hours per day
• Lifting up to 35 lbs regularly, and the ability to properly lift 50 lbs
• Exposure to warm and cold temperatures in a production environment
