Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Location: Lapeer, MI
Shift: Mon-Fri. Holidays off with pay!

What You'll Do
• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Schedule office visits and procedures
• Support Telehealth registrations and appointment preparation
• Utilize EMR systems to manage patient information
• Process prescription refill requests and provider notifications
• Assist with chart preparation and administrative tasks
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
What We're Looking For
• Previous medical receptionist or medical office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Comfortable using computer systems and EMRs
• Passion for providing compassionate patient care
