As our Local Manager, you’re the leader behind the magic. You’ll guide a team that turns a visit with Santa into a family tradition, running daily photo operations, driving sales and service excellence, and making sure every family leaves with a smile, a great photo, and a moment they’ll treasure for years to come.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

  • Grow as a leader: Gain real-world experience in team leadership, staffing and scheduling, coaching, sales performance, and problem-solving that will serve you well beyond the season
  • Get paid faster: Same-day pay options give you early access to your paycheck
  • Share the magic: Earn rewards through our Employee Referral Program
  • Love where you work: Lead in a fun, fast-paced environment where your team makes memories for families every day
  • Come back for more: Return for future holiday seasons and explore growth opportunities in our souvenir photography division, where available

Exclusive Holiday Perks for You & Your Family

  • One free visit with Santa for friends and family, including 10 photo prints and 10 free holiday cards from Shutterfly
  • A personalized digital message from Santa, powered by Portable North Pole
  • 3 free months of Pixie Post, our digital greeting card platform

What You’ll Do

  • Build a positive, team-first culture where everyone feels supported and motivated
  • Create schedules and keep your site fully staffed, especially during peak times
  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard your holiday team
  • Oversee daily operations and keep site performance on track
  • Stay responsive to business calls and emails
  • Drive sales, team performance, and cash handling compliance
  • Verify and submit daily deposits and financial paperwork accurately
  • Coach your team to deliver warm, exceptional guest service
  • Build strong relationships with venue partners and vendors
  • Partner with host venues to keep operations running smoothly
  • Turn guest concerns into positive experiences
  • Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Must Haves:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence leading a team, working independently, and making sound decisions
  • Availability to attend required pre-season training
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
  • Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with additional hours as business needs require
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Nice to Haves:

  • Leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and other business technology
  • Experience managing teams or operations across multiple locations
  • A track record of driving sales, guest experience, and operational results
  • Experience scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members
