Outside Sales Representative

What You'll Do

You must have prior success selling a premium-priced industrial product to plant operations and purchasing managers at manufacturers and distributors, in a market with plenty of cheaper competitors.

You must excel at finding and closing new business. You win by showing why quality and on-time delivery are worth more than a lower price.

You’re as comfortable in steel toes as in a boardroom. You don’t wait for leads; you create them. You want a manager in your corner: Monday and Friday team meetings, a quick check-in on road days, and clarity about your roles and responsibilities.

You must have at least 3 years of industrial B2B sales experience and a work history that shows you stay and succeed.

Packaging, corrugated, pallets, industrial supplies, material handling or 3PL experience helpful. Food, pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts a plus.

You must have prior earnings of at least $80,000.

Territory: PA, MD and VA, based near Greencastle, Hagerstown or Chambersburg; in our Greencastle office up to twice a week.

$100K-$120K on-target earnings (OTE), plus profit sharing and a company vehicle, 401(k) with 4% match; full benefits.
