WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an RMA / Medication Aide, you'll help our residents feel safe, supported, and cared for each day.

Assist residents with medications according to Virginia guidelines
Accurately document medication administration
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Work closely with our nursing and resident care teams
Provide compassionate care in Assisted Living and Memory Care

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
✓ Current Virginia Medication Aide / RMA certification✓ Must be at least 18 years old✓ Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC experience preferred✓ CPR/First Aid certification preferred✓ Dependable, compassionate, and team-focused✓ Ability to successfully complete required background screening
