Inventory Plan Control Specialist III – Warehouse

This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in the **United States**. **Location:** Jacksonville, Florida **Work Arrangement:** Onsite **Industry:** Life Sciences ## Position Summary Inteldot is seeking an **Inventory Plan Control Specialist III** to support warehouse and inventory operations at a Life Sciences facility in Jacksonville, Florida. The position will focus on inventory control, material handling, warehouse transactions, inventory accuracy, and the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse operation. ## Key Responsibilities - Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, material movement, and distribution. - Maintain accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions in applicable systems. - Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations. - Monitor inventory levels and support material availability and inventory accuracy. - Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and handled according to established procedures. - Process and document material movements within the warehouse. - Review warehouse and inventory documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Identify and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged materials, and other warehouse-related issues. - Follow established SOPs, safety requirements, and documentation practices. - Maintain warehouse areas organized and compliant with applicable operational and quality requirements. - Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other supporting functions as needed. - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse and inventory processes. ## Qualifications - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred. - Previous experience in **warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, logistics, or supply chain** . - Experience in the **Life Sciences, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries** preferred but not required. - Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms such as SAP is preferred. - Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, receiving, shipping, and material handling is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. - Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. - Ability to work **onsite in Jacksonville, Florida** .
