Pay: $16.50/hr

Location - Bright Horizons Center at Deerfield Beach, FL

What does a Campus Monitor do? 

• Assisting with transportation needs of the students as they are dropped off or waiting for pick up from parents or paratransit services.
• Supports the security and safety measures implemented district wide to promote the overall safety of the children on campus.
• Ensure the proper level of supervision and care to maintain individuals’ safety and well-being.
• Follow federal and state laws, as well as School Board policies.

What are the requirements?

• High School Diploma or GED Required. 
• 4 years total work experience, with at least 1 year working with students
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with students to analyze situations that relate to student activity and security
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Computer skills in such areas as word processing, spreadsheets and visual presentation preferred
• Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
