Role Overview
You’ll visit homeowners, diagnose their plumbing issues, and provide the repairs and solutions they can trust. This role combines hands-on plumbing service with sales. You’ll fix problems on the spot and recommend upgrades or larger projects when they’re the right fit. Bigger installs are handed off to our expert install team, so you can focus on what you do best: solving problems, earning trust, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, drains, water heaters, fixtures, and more
• Walk homeowners through their options and recommend the right solutions
• Deliver clear, transparent pricing while showing the value of our services
• Turn service calls into larger opportunities such as replacements, upgrades, and repipes
• Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and honest communication
• Drive revenue by hitting service and sales goals
• Stay current on plumbing products, code, and trends so you’re always offering the best options
• Keep a clean, professional presence in every home
  

• At least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential service preferred)
• Experience selling plumbing services or repairs to homeowners
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Plumbing Know-How: You can diagnose and repair common residential plumbing problems with confidence
• Proven Sales Performance: You’ve generated $300K+ per year in plumbing sales and you’re hungry for more
