Looking for a fun way to pick up extra income without being locked into a rigid weekly schedule? The Brattleboro Food Co-op is looking for energetic, team-oriented Front End Staff to help cover team member shifts, while on vacation, on leave, or during the co-ops peak seasons.
Whether you're a student, a freelancer, or just someone who loves helping our customers and high-energy event work, this is the perfect way to earn extra income on your own terms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cashing out our customers using a POS system
- Money and Credit/Debit Card handling
- Providing customers with the ultimate customer experience
- Answer customer questions or get the answers to customer questions
- Closing out the cash till at the end of the shift
- May include help opening and closing the store
- Side work as assigned, keep work area tidy etc.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to work evening and weekends
- Ability to pick up shifts on an on call basis (some may be scheduled in advance)
- Ability to use a scanner and count cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication
- Ability to stand stand for long perionds of time.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Having a great attitude goes along way with us!
